The challenge was to build a brand that:
- Feels timeless, not trendy
- Communicates refined masculinity without rigidity
- Balances traditional craftsmanship with contemporary appeal

We approached Elijah Tafari as a philosophy expressed through design.
Every decision was anchored on three key ideas drawn directly from the brand:
1. Timeless Elegance as a Foundation
The brand attributes emphasize contemporary elegance, refined masculinity, and superior craftsmanship
We translated this into a visual direction that avoids excess and leans into clarity and confidence.
2. Symbolism with Restraint
The logo was designed as a signature mark, not just a symbol.
The handwritten “Tafari” script introduces a sense of individuality and craftsmanship, while the structured “Elijah Tafari” typography grounds the brand in heritage and authenticity
This balance became the core design principle:
expressive, but controlled
3. Modern Sensibility
The identity integrates contemporary elements to ensure relevance to today’s fashion audience.
From layout simplicity to adaptable applications, every element was designed to work across digital and physical touchpoints.

We developed a cohesive identity system that reflects both luxury and clarity.
Visual Identity

- A structured secondary type system (Gill Sans) for clarity and versatility
- A bold burnt orange and black palette representing confidence, creativity, and modern sophistication
